Well, 'tis once again the time to celebrate the coming of the cold weather and the impending approach of some seasonal holidays. At the same time, we thought that we might take this opportunity to show off our new house a bit. Whether you plan to celebrate Christmas, Hanukuh, Ramadan, Solstice or none of the above, we invite you to don some fancy duds and celebrate it (or not celebrate it) with us on December 16th, 2000 at around 8:00 pm.

Who's having this party? Good question. Your humble hosts will be the folks living in Claire and Nick's new house at 17 Vinal Avenue in Somerville. We invite you to come along and check out our new digs, listen to some great music and hang out with a whole bunch of friends.

The first floor entertainment for the evening will be the infamous Mike n' Stu, occasionally known as the Montgomery Muckrakers (but only when fried chicken is involved). They will be gracing us with a brilliant mixture of rock and blues to tide the yule and break in the first party at our new and improved location. As far as the second floor goes, Claire has promised to get some dancing going throughout the evening!

We'll be serving up some champagne, Glühwein and various other bits of intoxicating beverages. However, if there is something specific you prefer to drink, don't be shy about bringing it along. Also, many of us plan to dress up a bit, and humbly request that you follow suit. Nevertheless, don't feel that you have to; we promise not to toss people out for coming underdressed...it's much more important that you simply come (oops, that sounded naughtier than we meant it).
